Cancellations:

Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur an administration charge of 15% of total tariff. Cancellations notified 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit. For cancellations made 7 days or less of arrival a fee of $100% of the total accommodation cost will apply [ unless we are able to re book]. Any failure to arrive on the due date or cancelled days after arrival will be charged at 100% Travel insurance is strongly recommended in particular for both medical and cancellation coverage.

Administration policy on refunds: OnlineAccommodation.com.au charges a cancellation fee 10% of the booking + the $3.85 booking fee, for all cancellations in addition to any cancellations fees by the Property concerned. All cancellations fees/refunds charged by the Property must be negotiated direct with the Property Owner/Manager.
